Tim Forde, born in Africa of Irish parents, has spent the last 44 years in Australia. He is married with 3 children and 5 grand children. 

Tim worked for Australia Post in various roles, retiring in December 2018 as Postal Manager, Katoomba, after 40 years service. A childhood dream of seeing Africa from top to bottom was realised by riding a bicycle from Cairo to Cape Town in 2019. His talk will be supported by great images.
